I work as a PMO analyst within Central Services/HQ, which started as a very small team; it was a team that was only formed in 2020, and I was one of the first team members (one of the ‘originals’ as I’d like to call myself). The team has now grown and has become an integral part of Central Services. The PMO is responsible for various methods and practices around embedding programme standards and frameworks, improving the overall project management and delivery across the organisation, as well as tracking and reporting the conformance to plans and expectations of IT-oriented initiatives.

The achievement I am most proud of at Kantar is rolling out a centralised PPM tool and driving the adoption that has re-shaped how projects are managed in Central Services. This tool has really ‘changed the game’ and has meant we are using cutting-edge technology to facilitate reporting and manage projects. To know I have been part of that makes me proud.

The best part of my role is the opportunity to work with colleagues in my team/function that are delivering some critical projects that impact the business infrastructure, business systems, and applications. It’s the diversity that I love about Kantar.
