I am the Insights Technology PMO Manager responsible for the health of the entire tech portfolio.

The most interesting project I’ve been involved in is organising a non-client facing event called ‘Take On the Challenge’ It’s a virtual event aimed at colleagues in Tech, Product, Ops, Analytics & DSc, and others in non-client facing roles. The purposeful intent is to inspire people to ‘Take on The Challenge’ and learn how to advance their career, learn something new, and challenge their ways of working.

The best part of my role is the team that I work with. I sit within a global team and get to work with all different types of people from different cultures. I thrive in a team, and I have the best, most supportive team around me.

No day is ever the same, there is always a different set of problems or challenges that need your attention, and because no day is the same it keeps you on your toes and thinking of the bigger picture.
