Based in Paris, I work within the Global Kantar TA Team, as a Regional Talent Acquisition Partner. I recruit senior client-facing and revenue-generating roles within Europe, Middle East & Africa, with a specific focus and expertise on health and the public sector. I really enjoy the wide variety of my role. In one single day, I can discuss the business context and requirements of a new role with the hiring team in Dakar, interview candidates in Turkey, collaborate with my HR colleagues in the US & UK, and finalize an offer in the Nordics!

As Global TA Expert for our Health & Public divisions, I also really enjoy collaborating with the TA Specialists from all over the world. My role is definitely really diverse and very internationally focused; that’s certainly what I appreciate the most.

Last year I recruited Monitoring & Evaluation Directors in Kenya and Nigeria for the Kantar Public Development Practice. In this region, our Public Division team helps NGOs, development organisations and governments make the right decisions and improve people’s lives. These specific recruitment projects were really meaningful and inspirational for me, and I was really grateful to be part of the adventure. I originally come from our Health Division, where I used to work as Generalist HR for Southern EU, with a strong focus on recruitment. The health focus is quite natural given my previous experience within the group. The public sector also definitely suits me, as I originally graduated in political sciences and started my career with an internship within the European Parliament.

I think what I like the most within Kantar is our colleagues. I really enjoy working with such fun, collaborative and friendly colleagues and I am always so impressed by their high level of professionalism and commitment. I feel extremely positive about our future. Kantar is a really innovative company, which will lead to new exciting opportunities. And more recruitments to come!
